Aura Luminique is a skincare store at Unify House, beside T2000 House, Nyarugenge, Kigali. This page explains what information we keep when you use our website, why we keep it, and how you can have it changed or removed. We never sell your information.
What we keep
Your account. Your email address, so we can send you a code to sign in. You can also add your name, phone number and main skin concern.
Your delivery addresses. The addresses and phone numbers you save, so we can bring you your orders.
Your orders. What you ordered, where to deliver it, and how to reach you. Once you pay, the order is saved to an account under your email, so you can sign in later and see it. We never see or keep your card number. If you pay with Mobile Money, we keep the number you pay from so we can match your payment to your order.
Your messages. Your name, email, phone number and message when you write to us on the Contact page.
Your newsletter signup. Your email address, if you join our newsletter.
We also count how many people visit our pages, without knowing who they are, to help us improve the website.
Why we keep it
- To let you sign in and keep your account safe.
- To prepare and deliver your orders.
- To answer your questions.
- To recommend products for your skin when you ask us to.
- To send you our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
How long we keep it
- Your account and addresses: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Your orders: as long as we need them for our records.
- Your messages: until we no longer need them to help you.
- Your newsletter signup: until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Stop the newsletter at any time with the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email.
- Update your details in your account.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp (+250 787 687 140) or through the Contact page.

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
